Benjie founded Arx Urban in 2014 and has completed 20 multifamily and mixed-use projects, delivering nearly 1,000 housing units and representing over $400 million in total project value. As Principal, Benjie leads the firm’s overall strategy, overseeing acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations. Arx Urban is known for its socially conscious, forward-thinking, and transparent approach, driving innovation in housing finance, design typology, and community engagement across the Greater Boston market. He has also served on the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy Technical Advisory Group and was appointed to the Mayor’s SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3), where he represented Bay Village and advised the City’s Innovation Housing Lab on technology and financing strategies.
