About

Ben Fischer joined BEB Capital in 2020. As Director of Acquisitions, Ben is primarily responsible for overseeing the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining BEB Capital, Ben was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Highpoint Property Group, a privately held Real Estate developer and operator, where he focused on sourcing and identifying new investments. Additionally, Ben worked in the Large Loan Lending Group at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for analyzing a global portfolio of Commercial Real Estate debt positions. Ben received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse Universitys Whitman School of Management.
