Ari Pearl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PPG Development, an owner, operator and developer of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to founding PPG Development, Ari was involved in over $2 Billion of Real Estate and Development projects since 2001. With a primary focus in the South Florida market, Ari has successfully developed more that 3,000 hotel and condo units and over 3 million square feet. Focusing on multifamily, hotel, condominium/resort development, brand repositioning, as well as marina and golf course developments.
Ari is actively involved in the community serving on multiple education and housing association boards.
