As President, Andrew leads the development, execution, and implementation of Shannon Waltchack’s vision and strategy. He is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, leading growth, revenue, and profitability of the organization, running the day-to-day operations of the organization, and providing oversight to the investment portfolio. Andrew is an active member of the commercial real estate community, serving numerous leadership roles including President of both the Alabama CCIM and IREM chapters. Andrew was recognized as CPM of the Year in 2012 by the Alabama IREM Chapter. In 2015, he was inducted into Birmingham’s Top 40 under 40 and recognized as Samford University’s Outstanding Young Alumnus. Andrew was selected as a CEO of the Year Honoree by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2022. Andrew joined Shannon Waltchack at its inception in 2005 and has been a partner since 2010. He is a graduate of Samford University and began his real estate career with Eyster Properties in commercial sales and leasing.
