The lease was signed by Texas-based national accounting firm, Weaver, who will be using the space as their new headquarters. Weaver's move into the new space took place in June. The lease, facilitated by Citadel Partners, also includes prominent top-of-building signage for Weaver, which is visible from I-610. The landlord of the property is CP Group.
