Matt Cimino Of WPT Capital Advisors Acquires Industrial Property In Monroe Township Financed By PGIM Real Estate

WPT Capital Advisors acquired a fully leased industrial property at 130 Interstate Blvd., Monroe Township, comprising a total of 603,092 square feet. The asset includes two buildings, originally built in 1999 and expanded in 2014, with its market located outside Trenton.

The financing for the deal was arranged by JLL through PGIM Real Estate, with the seller not disclosed. The involvement of key individuals includes Matt Cimino representing WPT Capital Advisors as the buyer and the associated mortgage brokers facilitating the transaction.
