Grand Lifestyles has acquired eight supportive living facilities in Illinois, totaling 921 beds, for $150 million from Pathway to Living. The properties, located at 975 Martha Street, 1800 Riverwoods Drive, 4150 Gatling Boulevard, 1101 West Bartlett Road, 10450 South Michigan Ave, 2370 North Newcastle Avenue, 3251 East 92nd Street, and 97 West Phillip Road, will now operate under the name Victory Centre. This acquisition adds to Grand Lifestyles' senior housing portfolio of 14 communities in Illinois, expanding their offering to include supportive and independent living options.
