A major hurdle was a conservative appraisal that initially came in well below expectations - we worked alongside the bank and appraisal team, leveraging proprietary comp data to help support a meaningful increase in value and get the deal across the finish line. Big credit to the lending team for staying solution-oriented and pushing this through.
