The investment also includes long-term development optionality, with a roughly three-acre underutilized interior parcel under evaluation for a potential future 100–150-unit residential phase, subject to entitlements. This acquisition aligns directly with the partnership's strategy of acquiring undervalued, well-located assets in supply-constrained infill submarkets with multiple paths to value creation and marks the sixth acquisition completed through the 27 Capital–Dwight Capital partnership and further expands the firm’s South Florida multifamily footprint.
