The hotel, originally built in 1939 and later expanded in 1969, boasts amenities such as a pool, restaurant, and bar. The buyers, Joao Woiler & Bruno Piacentini of CL Hotels, acquired the property from sellers Jorge Escobar of Black Salmon and Allen Morris of AMS Hospitality. The deal also involved the assumption of the ground lease by the buyers.
