$36.5M Aman Beverly Hills Residence Sold at One Beverly Hills

Aman Beverly Hills has recorded a $36.5 million sale for a branded residence at One Beverly Hills, underscoring continued demand for the ultra-luxury development ahead of its anticipated late 2028 completion.

 

The residence, located at 9901 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, sold on July 6, 2026, for $36.5 million. Spanning 5,195 square feet, the transaction equates to $7,025 per square foot.

 

Aman Beverly Hills, the hospitality brand's first West Coast destination, will anchor the transformative 17.5-acre One Beverly Hills development. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the firm behind Aman Tokyo, the project will introduce a limited collection of Aman-branded residences alongside the Aman Beverly Hills hotel and private Aman Club. Set within approximately 10 acres of botanical gardens and open space, One Beverly Hills is designed to embody the privacy, tranquility, and connection to nature that define the Aman brand.
