His comprehensive background spans retail property leasing, investment sales, property acquisitions and dispositions, construction management, land assemblage, and development—providing clients with a complete perspective on the commercial real estate lifecycle. Before co-founding VanRock, CJ spent over 18 years with The Goldstein Group, a leading commercial real estate firm based in Paramus, New Jersey.
