Over the last ten years, we have sold and leased approaching 40 million square feet with an aggregate transactional value well in excess of $1 billion. Team Resources was formed by industry veterans David Cantor and Greg Sholom during the market depths of 1989, following the stock market crash of 1987. In 2010, Team Resources absorbed the personnel of SBWE, another active commercial broker. Originally known as Sholom and Zuckerbrot, SBWE began in 1962 in Queens and expanded to NJ in 1976. Individually, each company was recognized as an industry leader and when the two firms combined under the Team Resources umbrella, it created an even more impressive blend of extensive experience, youth, and technical know-how.
