In 2002, our Founder and Chairman Scotland Wright left a large national firm to pioneer his own brand of real estate services. Initially serving the needs of select office and industrial tenants, Scotland Wright Associates (SWA) and its reputation were built one relationship at a time. As our firm’s size and capabilities have grown over the years, we remain committed to the belief that all real estate services are best delivered to clients in the context of a trusted relationship. Today, our Atlanta-based team represents both tenants and investors across the U.S. for office, industrial and strategic capital markets transactions.
