Since 1995, Procida Funding and related entities have been specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate and secured corporate lending. The firm has successfully completed over $2 billion in transactions. In October of 2011 Procida launched its third fund, the 100 Mile Fund, an open-ended local real estate investment fund that will give capital to builders and operators within a 100-mile radius of New York City. Since inception the Fund has closed over $155 million in projects. The fund has achieved an IRR of 15% to investors net of projected performance fees.
