With over $500mm in closings, our founders spent the last decade cultivating relationships in the mortgage industry so they could assemble a strong team of processors, underwriters, closers, and 3rd party vendors. The goal was to streamline the loan funding process for real estate investors, so they can focus on what they do best. We were built by investors for investors.
