In May 2018, Bayview raised $1 billion of equity capital from institutional investors to fund Oceanview. Bayview, headquartered in Coral Gables, FL, is an investment management firm primarily focused on mortgage credit. Bayview has a proven track record of investing since 1995 and manages Oceanview’s portfolio with an emphasis on high-quality mortgages and other related assets. As of June 30, 2021, Bayview oversees approximately $14.9 billion in assets under management.
