The company is a joint venture between Oak Capital, a real estate investment and development company with principals that have more than 35 years of experience in the US & Brazil, and Edifica, a real estate developer and fund manager from Perú with more than 17 years of experience and 64 delivered projects. Given their complementary experiences and skill sets, they bring a wealth of expertise to create a sophisticated brand. That’s why Domus FLATS was created. North Development's mission is to develop ground-up FLATS (Flexible Apartments for Temporary Stays) that create value for investors and comfortable experiences for owners and guests alike.
