Maurice M. Weill, our eponymous founder, launched Murray Construction in 1956. An early pioneer of industrial real estate, Mr. Weill was consequential in developing the New Jersey’s industrial and greater commercial landscape, and then spanning to regional development in the Tri-State area and beyond. Murray Construction has developed over 25,000,000 square feet of commercial projects. We pride ourselves on a quality product and great attention to our partners and tenants. In 2009, Douglas Friedrich was elevated to President and CEO, having been with Murray since 1988 serving in various senior executive positions. Mr. Friedrich led the development of the Murray Corporate Center at Branchburg, and continues to direct our strategic vision, and oversees all assets of the company’s portfolio.
