Founded in 2012, Melody Capital Partners, LP and its affiliated adviser Melody Capital Management, LLC manage private investment funds primarily focused on private lending in North America and acquiring and managing real property assets underlying communications infrastructure. The Melody investment funds are no longer raising or deploying capital. Melody successfully monetized all of its real property investments in June 2021, and it continues to manage its private lending and other credit-related investments.
