Finmarc Management, Inc. (FINMARC) was formed in September 1987 by David Fink and Marc Solomon to provide management services for retail and hotel properties. As the scope and sophistication of commercial management services evolved, so did the company. FINMARC expanded their services to other asset classes, which now include an impressive portfolio of over 6,000,000 square feet of retail, flex, industrial, warehouse and office properties throughout the greater Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. FINMARC has consistently been ranked as one of the Top Commercial Management Companies by the Washington Business Journal.
