At Apartment Rental Experts our goal is to provide the best apartment rental service available in the Boston area to both landlords and tenants. In order to provide this service we need listings, of course, and we need technology that works. But more than anything we have to maintain relationships with people. You may be a landlord who comes back to us year after year, or a recent grad who needs an apartment tomorrow. Or maybe you are living in a place we have listed and just want us to give a call before we barge into your life. Whatever the case, we believe that in order to be the best, we have to treat you with the respect and dignity that you deserve. At Apartment Rental Experts we think that the rental business is compatible with human decency, that rental agents do not have to be slimy, and that landlords and tenants do not need to be enemies. We’ve all been renters, we all hope to buy, and as any good fan of “6 Feet Under” knows (what a great show) we’re all going to live in the same apartment someday.
