The origins of the business dates to the 1950’s when Samuel Adler founded the Adler Group in Miami, FL. Adler Partners pursues a vertically integrated niche strategy highly focused on a specific market sector, enabling it to generate favorable risk adjusted returns for its investors. Adler Partners was formed in 2012 as the successor to the Adler Group’s investment business which had a successful 50 year track record developing and acquiring multi-tenant office and industrial assets. As of early 2020, the portfolio includes 23 properties in 11 cities across the United States.
