  • Ytech, led by founder and CEO Yamal Yidios, unveiled 75 Broadway, a 52-story residential tower planned for Brickell with 106 residences, including seven penthouses.
  • The project will include more than 42,000 square feet of private amenities, with no hotel component or public-facing amenity program.
  • Residences are priced from $3 million, with completion anticipated in late 2029. KPF, ACPV ARCHITECTS, Enea Landscape Architecture and Magnusson Klemencic Associates are among the project team.

What Ytech Is Planning at 75 Broadway

Ytech has introduced 75 Broadway, a boutique residential development planned along Broadway Road in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. Led by Yamal Yidios, the Miami-based developer is positioning the 52-story tower as a lower-density alternative to larger luxury condominium projects.

The development will contain 99 standard residences and seven penthouses, with no more than three homes per floor. Ytech says the site could have accommodated nearly 300 residences under its zoning, but the developer chose a 106-unit program to prioritize larger floor plans, privacy and views.

The property faces Simpson Park, an approximately 10-acre protected nature preserve, with views extending toward Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

What the Development Team Brings to the Project

Ytech assembled an international design and engineering team for the tower, with each firm responsible for a specialized part of the development.

Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) is the architect, while ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel is handling interiors. Enea Landscape Architecture is leading landscape design, and Magnusson Klemencic Associates is responsible for structural and civil engineering.

Antonio Citterio also designed custom kitchens for the project in collaboration with Italian kitchen manufacturer Arclinea. The design includes sculptural stone islands, integrated Gaggenau appliances and custom cabinetry.

The tower's engineering strategy centers on a compact structural core intended to maximize usable residential floor area and improve exposure to the surrounding views. The façade will feature five-foot-wide floor-to-ceiling glass panels, reducing the number of vertical interruptions across the windows.

What the 42,000 Square Feet of Amenities Include

The project will dedicate more than 42,000 square feet to resident-only indoor and outdoor spaces. The amenity program is distributed across several levels, including wellness facilities, private entertaining rooms and rooftop spaces.

The eighth floor will include a fitness room, yoga studio, treatment rooms and recovery facilities featuring cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red-light therapy and cold plunge facilities.

Nearly 600 feet above Brickell, residents will have access to a drawing room, library, dining room, study and private entertaining spaces. The tower's upper levels will include a pool, pavilion, garden rooms and bay-facing spa.

Ytech is also partnering with The British Butler Institute to develop a dedicated residential service program, with staff trained to provide personalized household and concierge services around the clock.

What 75 Broadway Signals for Ytech's Brickell Pipeline

75 Broadway adds another major residential project to Ytech's growing Brickell development pipeline. The company reports more than $3 billion in planned luxury condominium development in the neighborhood, alongside its 70-story, 195-residence project at 1428 Brickell.

That project secured $565 million in construction financing from J.P. Morgan and Sculptor Real Estate in 2025, demonstrating Ytech's ability to secure institutional capital for large-scale condominium development.

The launch of 75 Broadway reflects a different development strategy, with fewer residences and a greater emphasis on customized interiors, engineering and private amenities. Construction documents and project specifications are expected to be completed before sales launch, according to Ytech.

With prices starting at $3 million and completion targeted for late 2029, the project adds another high-end condominium offering to Brickell's development pipeline.
