  • Woodfield Development has completed Tides at Palm Bay, a $100 million mixed-use development at 2485 Port Malabar Boulevard NE in Palm Bay, Florida.
  • The project delivers 318 luxury apartments, townhomes, and 19,000 square feet of retail space across two five-story buildings.
  • The development marks another milestone in Woodfield Development's Florida expansion, where the company has delivered 2,400 residential units valued at more than $800 million over the past six years.

What Tides at Palm Bay Brings to the Community

Tides at Palm Bay has officially opened, adding a new mixed-use residential community to one of Florida's fastest-growing cities. Located at 2485 Port Malabar Boulevard NE, the $100 million development combines luxury apartments, townhomes, and neighborhood retail in a prime location near the Indian River Lagoon. The project features 318 residential units across two five-story buildings, along with 19,000 square feet of commercial space that will provide new shopping and service opportunities for residents and the surrounding community. The development offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents ranging from $1,600 to $4,200.

What Residents Can Expect

Residents will find modern interiors designed for comfort and convenience. Apartments include open-concept living spaces, private balconies, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, two-tone cabinetry, wood-style vinyl flooring, pendant lighting, and tile backsplashes. Community amenities are equally impressive, featuring a resident club lounge, gaming areas, fitness center, and a two-story sky lounge overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. Outdoor spaces include a resort-style swimming pool, grilling stations, an outdoor summer kitchen, landscaped courtyards with fire pit seating, and a dedicated dog park. The property's location places residents close to Palm Bay Marina, Fred Poppe Regional Park, Lazy Turtle Grill, and several outdoor recreation destinations along Florida's Space Coast.

What Woodfield Development Says About the Project

Woodfield Development views  Tides at Palm Bay as another important investment in one of Florida's fastest-growing regions.

"Delivering this project on time highlights our commitment to supporting the rapid growth of the Palm Bay-Melbourne area, a region that continues to thrive," said Ross Abramson, Partner at Woodfield Development.

Abramson added that Palm Bay continues to play a central role in the company's Florida expansion strategy, noting that the investment reinforces Woodfield Development's long-term commitment to the region's future.

What This Means for Palm Bay's Growth

The completion of  Tides at Palm Bay reflects the continued demand for high-quality housing across Florida's Space Coast. As Palm Bay attracts new residents and employers, mixed-use developments like this help expand the local housing supply while introducing new retail options for the community. Since entering the Florida market in 2020 with Oversea at Flagler Banyan Square in West Palm Beach, Woodfield Development has completed approximately 2,400 residential units statewide, representing more than $800 million in development.  Tides at Palm Bay further strengthens the company's presence in the region and underscores continued investor confidence in Brevard County's long-term growth.
