  • The Estate by sbe, co-founded by Sam Nazarian, Tony Robbins and Marc Anthony, announced three luxury residential and hospitality developments valued at more than $1 billion combined.
  • Development partners include DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, Property Markets Group, Liberty Group and Sansone Group, working with Grupo Guerrero in El Salvador.
  • Florida condominium sales are expected to launch in 2027, while the El Salvador project is targeting an early 2028 launch.

What The Estate's Development Pipeline Includes

The Estate by sbe is expanding into branded residential development with three projects planned in Coral Gables, Tampa and El Salvador. The platform combines luxury housing, resort hospitality and longevity-focused wellness facilities.

The three developments are The Estate Residences Coral Gables, The Estate Residences Tampa and The Estate Resort & Residences El Salvador. According to the announcement, the portfolio represents more than $1 billion in real estate value and includes over 500 residential units.

The company also reports an additional pipeline of 13 signed luxury resort and residential projects across six countries.

What the Florida Projects Mean for Developers

The Coral Gables development is being led by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, while Property Markets Group and Liberty Group are partnering on the Tampa project.

Both developments will introduce The Estate's branded residential concept to Florida markets, combining condominium ownership with hospitality services and wellness programming. Sales are expected to launch in 2027.

The announcement does not yet disclose the addresses, unit counts, building sizes, construction budgets or completion schedules for either Florida project.

The expansion gives the development partners an opportunity to introduce a new branded residential product in two established Florida markets while leveraging The Estate's hospitality and wellness platform.

What Sansone Group Is Planning in El Salvador

The largest announced project is The Estate Resort & Residences at Playa Secreta in El Salvador, a proposed 1,000-acre master-planned destination with approximately five miles of Pacific coastline.

Sansone Group will lead development on behalf of Grupo Guerrero, alongside Salvadoran development and impact firm SalvaLand. Arquitectonica is responsible for the master plan.

The proposed development includes nearly 500 luxury residences, a 125-key resort and a 30,000-square-foot longevity club. Additional components include an 18-hole championship golf course, equestrian facilities, surf and beach clubs, and a planned superyacht marina.

The project is being positioned as a major residential, hospitality and tourism destination for El Salvador, with its launch targeted for early 2028.

What the Longevity Real Estate Model Means for Investors

The Estate is positioning wellness as a central part of its residential development strategy rather than treating it as an additional amenity. Its model incorporates longevity services, personalized wellness programming, hospitality access and partnerships with health-focused companies such as Fountain Life.

The platform also plans to introduce urban longevity clubs in Century City, Los Angeles, and at One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami in 2027.

For developers and investors, branded residences offer another way to differentiate luxury projects and create service-driven residential products. The key test will be whether buyers support the additional costs and ongoing services associated with this model.

With three projects announced and 13 additional deals reportedly signed, The Estate is building a substantial international development pipeline. The Florida sales launches in 2027 will provide an early indication of market demand for its wellness-focused residential concept.
