Terra, Lion & Michelin-Star Chef Jean-Georges Unveil Luxe Residences in Miami's Design District

Gourmet excellence and luxury living fuse at the recently launched Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, the first residential real estate venture by Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Located in the Miami Design District, the 48-story, 329-unit tower promises an immersive lifestyle experience for residents, blending culinary artistry with world-class amenities. The project, co-developed by Terra and Lion Development Group, was designed by the renowned Arquitectonica, with BoF 500 design studio Yabu Pushelberg curating the interiors.

Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is more than a luxury condominium; it's a culinary and lifestyle destination. The 27,500 square feet of ground floor space will feature Jean-Georges' unique abc kitchens concept, drawing from his popular abcV, abc cocina, and abc kitchen restaurants. The building offers over 41,000 square feet of amenities, including a wellness center, rooftop pool, private dining rooms, and entertainment spaces.

The interior design embodies the tropical and cultural vibrancy of Miami. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling glass windows with two color palette options—dawn and dusk—each thoughtfully designed to reflect Miami's natural landscape. Kitchen designs were carefully curated to be both functional and compelling with an expansive kitchen island, providing a culinary stage as the room’s focal point.

Expected to redefine residential luxury in Miami’s Design District, Miami Tropic Residences promises residents walkable access to the area’s unique retail, art, culture, and dining scenes, alongside Jean-Georges’ signature lifestyle. Sales for the residences are exclusively managed by Douglas Elliman.
