  • Sobe Sky Development is launching an invite-only Salon Series at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach, beginning October 30, 2026.
  • The luxury condominium features 30 custom-designed oceanfront residences and more than 50,000 square feet of amenities across the broader South Beach campus.
  • Upcoming speakers include wellness entrepreneur Cristina Cuomo, artist Rachel Lee Hovnanian, Miami Beach Commissioner Alex Fernandez and AI executive Sol Rashidi.
  • What The Salon Series Will Bring To South Beach

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach is introducing a new series of private discussions focused on art, culture, wellness, technology and real estate. Hosted at the project’s sales gallery inside The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach hotel, the events are designed to give prospective buyers, brokers and investors a preview of the lifestyle and community programming planned for the development.

The inaugural event takes place October 30 with Cristina Cuomo, founder of wellness-focused media platform The Purist. Artist Rachel Lee Hovnanian is scheduled for November 18, followed by a January 2027 conversation with Miami Beach Commissioner Alex Fernandez about the future of Lincoln Road. Technology executive Sol Rashidi will discuss artificial intelligence and its impact on living, working and investing in February.

The invite-only format builds on previous events featuring chef and humanitarian José Andrés, designer Carlos Mota and architect Kobi Karp.

What The Luxury Condominium Offers Buyers

Developed by Sobe Sky Development, a partnership involving Flag Luxury Group, Ben-Josef Group and Lionstone Development, the project is planned as a collection of just 30 custom-designed residences at the east end of Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

Residences range from one to five bedrooms, including two duplex penthouses with private rooftop terraces. The development combines architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture with interiors by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge.

Residents are expected to have access to more than 50,000 square feet of amenities and experiences across the broader Ritz-Carlton South Beach campus, including the hotel and neighboring Sagamore. Culinary offerings are associated with José Andrés.

For luxury buyers, the project’s selling proposition extends beyond oceanfront real estate to branded hospitality, curated programming and access to Miami Beach’s dining, retail and cultural destinations.

What The Events Signal For Luxury Real Estate Marketing

The Salon Series reflects how luxury residential developers are using experiences and cultural programming to differentiate projects in competitive markets. Rather than relying exclusively on architecture, views and amenities, developers are creating opportunities for prospective buyers to connect with the brand and its wider community.

For brokers, the events also provide opportunities to build relationships with qualified buyers and investors. With only 30 residences planned, the project’s limited inventory and hospitality positioning place it in Miami Beach’s ultra-luxury condominium segment. The development is expected to be completed in 2029, according to Sobe Sky Development.
