What Related Group And Alta Developers Delivered
Casa Bella marks the first residential development tied to Italian design brand B&B Italia, bringing the company's furniture and design philosophy into a 56-story Miami condominium. The tower rises roughly 650 feet in the Arts & Entertainment District, directly across from the Adrienne Arsht Center. Related Group and Alta Developers broke ground in November 2023 after acquiring the roughly 2.8-acre site for $57.7 million in 2014. The development later secured its $240 million construction facility from Cain International.
What Piero Lissoni Designed
Architect Piero Lissoni led the interiors through Lissoni New York, while Arquitectonica handled the architecture and Enzo Enea designed the landscape. The residences feature Italian-inspired finishes, custom kitchens and private elevator access. The building's amenities span two floors and include a wellness center, fitness hall, yoga studios, spa, theater, wine cellar, game room, children's playroom and coworking lounge. Outdoor amenities include an 80-foot lap pool, cabanas, pickleball court, Mediterranean café and private dining areas. At the top of the tower, the 56th-floor Sky Pool Terrace adds a second pool, rooftop lounge and observatory overlooking Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.
What The Remaining Residences Offer
Casa Bella includes 10 penthouses and a collection of upper-floor Cielo residences. The penthouses feature 12-foot ceilings, B&B Italia furnishings, imported Italian finishes and custom kitchens and closets. Select corner penthouses also include private rooftop terraces, spa pools and indoor-outdoor summer kitchens. With most of the building already under contract, the remaining inventory represents the project's highest-end offerings.
What Casa Bella Means For Downtown Miami
Casa Bella adds another luxury residential anchor to a Downtown Miami district that has seen significant population and investment growth. The building is positioned near the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Frost Museum of Science, Kaseya Center, Adrienne Arsht Center and MiamiCentral. The project also reinforces Downtown Miami's shift toward a higher-end residential and lifestyle market, where branded residences are increasingly combining real estate with hospitality and design partnerships.

With construction complete and closings underway, Related Group and Alta Developers are moving Casa Bella into its residential operating phase. More than 90% of the 319 residences were already under contract, leaving a limited number of homes available.
