What the Pagani Residences Project Includes
Construction is officially underway on Pagani Residences, a new ultra-luxury condominium tower rising in North Bay Village as Miami’s branded residential market continues expanding. Developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the 30-story waterfront project will feature 70 all-corner residences designed to maximize privacy, natural light, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The groundbreaking ceremony brought together major figures tied to the development, including Riviera Horizons founder and CEO Mikael Hamaoui, Pagani Automobili founder Horacio Pagani, Fortune International Group CEO Edgardo Defortuna, and North Bay Village Mayor Rachel Streitfeld. The event also showcased several Pagani Hypercars, including the Huayra BC, Huayra Coupé, and Utopia Coupé, reinforcing the project’s connection to the luxury automotive brand’s craftsmanship and design identity. Residences at the tower will start at approximately $3.9 million.
What Makes the Project Different From Other Luxury Towers
Pagani Residences is being positioned as the world’s first residential development fully designed by Pagani Arte, the interior design division tied to the Pagani automotive brand. The interiors will incorporate signature materials inspired by Pagani Hypercars, including carbon fiber, titanium, aluminum, hand-finished metals, premium leathers, marble, and bespoke woodwork. The project also includes a custom furniture collection designed specifically for the residences, extending the Pagani brand experience beyond automotive design into residential living. Miami-based Revuelta Architecture designed the building’s exterior, while Pagani Arte is overseeing the interior design and amenity programming. Amenities will include a rooftop pool with panoramic views, wellness facilities inspired by the Italian Dolomites, a private marina, waterfront boardwalk, yacht club access, beach club access, and an automotive concierge partnership powered by Prestige Imports. The development will also feature penthouse residences with private rooftop pools, jacuzzis, and outdoor kitchens.
What the Project Signals for North Bay Village and Miami Luxury Real Estate
The groundbreaking highlights North Bay Village’s growing emergence as one of Miami’s newest luxury waterfront development hubs. Developers have increasingly targeted the neighborhood because of its waterfront positioning, proximity to Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, and comparatively limited land supply. The project also reflects the continued momentum behind branded residences in South Florida, where luxury buyers are increasingly drawn to projects connected to globally recognized hospitality, fashion, and automotive brands. For Riviera Horizons and Fortune International Group, Pagani Residences represents another major bet on Miami’s ultra-luxury residential market despite broader economic uncertainty and elevated interest rates. As branded real estate continues evolving, developers are increasingly using lifestyle-driven partnerships and experiential luxury concepts to differentiate projects in an increasingly competitive condo market.
