  • New interior and amenity renderings have been released for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, a 23-story, two-tower luxury condominium development in Miami.
  • The project will include 128 residences, six townhomes, and 18 private guest suites exclusively available to residents.
  • Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2029.

What the New Renderings Reveal

Fresh renderings offer a closer look inside Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, an upscale residential project planned at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard. The images highlight the development's luxury interiors along with an expansive collection of resort-style amenities that will be shared across two residential towers. The project marks Kempinski Group's first branded residential development in the United States, bringing one of Europe's oldest luxury hospitality brands to Miami's growing collection of branded residences.

What the Residences Will Offer

The development will feature 128 condominium residences, six private townhomes, and 18 guest suites that can be purchased exclusively by homeowners for visiting family and guests. Floor plans will range from two- to four-bedroom residences, with interiors measuring approximately 2,100 to 3,100 square feet. Some homes will offer up to 3,700 square feet of total living space, complemented by oversized terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline. Designed by Rockwell Group, the interiors emphasize open layouts, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living that has become a hallmark of South Florida luxury developments.

What Amenities Set the Project Apart

Amenities will span both towers and be connected by an elevated fourth-floor sky bridge, creating a unified lifestyle experience for residents. Wellness facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa and recovery areas, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared sauna, steam rooms, outdoor fitness spaces, and a yoga lawn. Additional amenities include twin resort-style pool decks, a restaurant with outdoor terrace seating, private dining rooms, a library, wine lounge, game lounge, screening room, golf simulator, Formula 1 simulator, children's playrooms, splash pads, shaded outdoor play areas, a padel court, and electric vehicle charging stations. A porte cochère arrival experience further reinforces the luxury hotel-inspired design that defines the development.

What This Means for Miami's Luxury Condo Market

Kempinski Residences adds another internationally branded residential project to Miami's rapidly expanding luxury real estate market. Branded residences continue attracting both domestic and international buyers seeking premium services, exclusive amenities, and globally recognized hospitality brands. Located between the Miami Design District, Wynwood, and Edgewater, the development places residents near some of South Florida's top shopping, dining, and cultural destinations. With completion expected in late 2029, the project further strengthens Miami's position as one of the nation's most active luxury condominium markets.
