  • Naftali Group revealed two luxury penthouses at Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale
  • Residences are priced between $8.8 million and $10.4 million
  • Project continues the growth of hospitality-branded luxury living in Fort Lauderdale

What The Penthouse Collection Includes

Nafttali Group has released a first look at the penthouse collection at Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first Viceroy-branded condominium development. The collection consists of two four-bedroom penthouses positioned at the top of the 500-foot tower, with pricing ranging from $8.8 million to $10.4 million. Together, the residences carry a combined value of roughly $20 million. Designed by Rockwell Group, the homes feature more than 4,000 square feet of interior space and over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living areas with wraparound terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Fort Lauderdale skyline.

What Makes The Residences Stand Out

The penthouses were designed around a hospitality-focused luxury lifestyle, blending large entertainment spaces with resort-style amenities. Each residence includes private elevator access, 11-foot ceilings, formal dining areas, media rooms, walk-in pantries, wet bars, outdoor kitchens, and dual primary bathrooms. One of the biggest highlights is the inclusion of private rooftop hot tubs, a feature rarely found in Fort Lauderdale condominium developments. According to Danielle Naftali, EVP of Marketing, Sales & Design at Naftali Group, the residences were created to combine everyday comfort with entertainment-focused living.

What The Full Development Will Offer

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale will include 251 residences within the 45-story tower located between Las Olas Boulevard and Flagler Village. The project places heavy emphasis on hospitality programming and lifestyle amenities, including a private members club and restaurant by The h.wood Group, resort-style pools, wellness facilities, yoga and boxing studios, spa treatment rooms, saunas, cold plunges, and multiple resident social spaces. Residents will also receive access to a private beach club and membership perks through a partnership with The FORT pickleball club.

What This Means For Fort Lauderdale Luxury Development

The project reflects Fort Lauderdale’s continued transition into a more competitive luxury residential market traditionally dominated by Miami and Miami Beach. Hospitality-branded towers with curated amenities, wellness programming, and resort-style services are becoming increasingly common as developers target buyers seeking lifestyle-focused residential experiences. Projects like Viceroy Residences are also helping reshape the Flagler Village and Las Olas areas into major luxury residential corridors within South Florida.
