Mike Nathanson returned to Blanca Commercial Real Estate as Senior Vice President in October 2026, bringing more than 20 years of South Florida commercial real estate experience. He focuses on growing Blanca’s office leasing advisory practice across Broward County, particularly Fort Lauderdale, and into Palm Beach County.

Before rejoining Blanca, Nathanson served as Leasing Director at Workspace Property Trust, where he oversaw leasing and management of the company’s 1.2 million-square-foot office and flex portfolio in South Florida. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate and Terranova Corporation, representing and jointly leasing properties for institutional clients including BlackRock, Acadia, Morgan Stanley, and Lincoln Property Company.

Throughout his career, Nathanson has completed more than three million square feet of transactions and gained experience in both third-party representation and in-house roles with institutional ownership groups holding more than two million square feet of Class A office and flex assets. His expertise includes landlord agency, tenant representation, leasing strategy, asset business planning, and day-to-day landlord operations.

At Blanca, Nathanson will contribute to the firm’s expanding office leasing advisory practice, leveraging both his brokerage background and owner-side experience to provide strategic leasing and management expertise to clients.
