Maison Estelle's flagship Mayfair location operates from a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse spanning seven floors, with four dining experiences, 11 bars and two lower levels dedicated to nightlife. The New York operation is expected to follow the group's private-members' club model rather than operate as a conventional nightclub. During a Manhattan Community Board 5 meeting, Maison Estelle representatives described the proposed venue as a members' club with a full-service restaurant and emphasized that it would not operate as a nightclub.
