New renderings have been unveiled for Lorimer House, an eight-story mixed-use building located at 265 Lorimer Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project is designed by ODA and developed by Joyland Management under the 555 Broadway LLC.
Design Features and Exterior Renderings
The building showcases distinctive design elements such as flowing, rounded corners, especially at the intersection of Lorimer Street and Broadway. Notable features include a three-story void on the eastern side serving as a corridor and an interior courtyard with staggered balconies overlooking greenery. The façade comprises light gray brick with floor-to-ceiling windows and landscaped terraces atop various setbacks and the flat roof parapet.

Durukan Design is responsible for the interior design, offering open kitchen layouts, dining areas, and bathrooms. Residential amenities include indoor and outdoor lounges, fitness centers, bike storage, a pet spa, underground parking, and a shared rooftop deck.
Location and Accessibility
Situated on a formerly vacant plot bordered by Boerum Street, Broadway, and Lorimer Street, the development is conveniently located near subway stations, including the Lorimer Street station (J and M trains) and the Broadway station (G train).
