Rosewood Heads to the West Palm Waterfront
The City of West Palm Beach has approved plans for Rosewood Residences West Palm Beach, a luxury condominium tower at 2001 N. Flagler Drive. The project is being developed by Related Group and BH Group, which acquired the 0.8-acre waterfront site for $34 million in 2024. The development will replace an existing medical office building completed in 2001 and introduce another internationally recognized hospitality brand to the city's booming condo market. The site sits along the increasingly active North Flagler corridor.
What the Project Includes
Plans call for a 27-story tower featuring 90 luxury residences. Units are expected to average approximately 3,400 square feet, targeting affluent buyers seeking large-format waterfront living. The building will also include more than 13,000 square feet of indoor amenities, a fifth-floor resort-style swimming pool, and 185 parking spaces. The project continues the trend toward larger, ultra-luxury residences entering the West Palm Beach market.
Designed by Arquitectonica
Miami-based Arquitectonica, led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, designed the tower. Known for shaping skylines throughout South Florida and around the world, Arquitectonica's involvement adds another marquee design name to West Palm Beach's expanding collection of luxury residential developments. The Rosewood brand further elevates the project's positioning within the ultra-luxury segment.
Related and BH Continue Expanding
The project marks another collaboration between Related Group and BH Group. The developers are also partnering on Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach at 1717 N. Flagler Drive, which secured a $200 million construction loan earlier this year. Their growing presence reflects increasing confidence in West Palm Beach as a destination for luxury residential investment. The Rosewood approval also comes as BH Group and Terra pursue plans for neighboring waterfront development opportunities.
What This Means for West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach continues to emerge as one of Florida's most active luxury condominium markets. More than 2,000 condominium units are currently planned or under development throughout the city, with major developers including Related Ross, Fort Partners, Terra, Related Group, and BH Group competing for prime waterfront sites. Rosewood Residences adds another globally recognized luxury brand to the market and reinforces investor confidence in the city's long-term growth trajectory.
