What JAEMUS Is Bringing to Wynwood

JAEMUS has unveiled plans for a new wellness destination in Wynwood, combining recovery, fitness and social experiences in a single location. Rather than operating as a traditional spa or standalone recovery studio, the concept is designed around a coordinated system of wellness services.

The club will bring together 16 modalities involving cold, heat, pressure, light, movement and other recovery methods. Members and guests will be able to access structured experiences through guided Protocols, individual Methods, longer-term Journeys, testing and classes.

What the 16-Modality Concept Includes

JAEMUS is organizing its recovery offering around specific needs and routines rather than leaving visitors to select individual treatments without guidance. Protocols are designed to combine modalities in a sequence, while Methods focus on individual recovery practices and Journeys provide a longer-term approach.

The concept also incorporates testing, classes and membership experiences. The company has not yet publicly detailed the full list of 16 modalities, pricing or membership tiers.

What the Wynwood Space Is Designed to Offer

The physical layout is organized around three distinct areas: Arrival, The Crossing and Ritual Ground.

Arrival is intended to create separation from the outside environment, while The Crossing brings recovery modalities together in a planned sequence. Ritual Ground combines movement, communal recovery and social interaction.

The design reflects the club's broader positioning as a destination for repeat visits, rather than a facility built around isolated appointments.

What JAEMUS Signals for Wynwood's Wellness Market

JAEMUS is entering a neighborhood where wellness-focused hospitality and recovery concepts are gaining traction. Sensa, a nearly 20,000-square-foot wellness destination planned for Wynwood, is combining a thermal bathhouse, massage, medical aesthetics and longevity services. Grotto Baths is also bringing a communal bathhouse concept to the neighborhood, centered on sauna, steam and cold-water experiences.

These projects point to growing interest in wellness destinations that combine multiple services and encourage longer, repeat visits. For commercial landlords and retail operators, concepts like JAEMUS can add another category of experience-driven tenant to Wynwood's mix of restaurants, entertainment and lifestyle businesses.

JAEMUS plans to begin presales in January 2027, ahead of its anticipated opening in early April. The company has not yet disclosed the club's address, total square footage, ownership structure or development investment.
