  • Jacquemus has opened a new two-story boutique at 157 NE 40th Street in Miami's Design District.
  • Founder and creative director Simon Porte Jacquemus designed the space with OMA, bringing a Mediterranean-inspired concept to the luxury retail corridor.
  • The Miami Design District now counts more than 200 global luxury brands, reinforcing the neighborhood's role as a major destination for high-end retail and design.

What Jacquemus Is Bringing To Miami

French fashion house Jacquemus has unveiled its latest Miami boutique at 157 NE 40th Street, expanding its physical presence in one of the city's most concentrated luxury retail districts. The two-story store combines Jacquemus' fashion collections with architecture, art and custom furnishings. The location is now listed on the brand's official store directory and the Miami Design District's retail directory.

What The New Boutique Looks Like

The store was designed by Simon Porte Jacquemus in collaboration with OMA, with the concept drawing from the warmth and relaxed character of the Mediterranean. Inside, shoppers will find the brand's latest ready-to-wear collections and accessories, alongside custom furniture and a curated art selection featuring works associated with artists including Joan Miró, Jean Cocteau and Raoul Dufy. The design gives the retailer a more immersive format, positioning the boutique as both a fashion store and a destination within the Design District.

What The Location Means For Miami Retail

Jacquemus' arrival adds another international luxury name to a neighborhood already anchored by brands including Hermès, Dior, Cartier, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga. The district says more than 200 global luxury brands now operate across its retail, dining and cultural ecosystem. The address also puts Jacquemus directly into the Design District's established luxury cluster. The district currently lists Jacquemus at 157 NE 40th Street, alongside major fashion and jewelry brands throughout the surrounding blocks. For retail landlords and commercial property investors, the continued arrival of global luxury brands reinforces the importance of Miami's Design District as a high-end retail destination. The neighborhood is increasingly built around experiences that combine shopping, architecture, art and dining rather than traditional storefront retail alone.

What The Expansion Says About The District

The Miami Design District is backed by Miami Design District Associates, a partnership between Dacra, founded by Craig Robins, and L Catterton Real Estate. The partnership has developed the area into a concentrated luxury and creative district with retail, restaurants, galleries and design showrooms. Jacquemus' new location fits directly into that strategy, using architecture and art to create a destination beyond the traditional retail transaction. The boutique is now open at 157 NE 40th Street, with current hours listed as 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
