- FaverGray has completed an expansion of its Jacksonville Beach headquarters at 415 Pablo Avenue, adding approximately 6,250 square feet to its existing office footprint.
- The expansion includes a 3,220-square-foot office addition and a 1,865-square-foot outdoor courtyard and lounge designed for meetings, employee events and daily collaboration.
- The headquarters investment comes as FaverGray continues expanding its multifamily and student housing construction pipeline across Florida and other Southeast markets, including a new 415-unit Jacksonville Beach project.
What FaverGray Added To Its Headquarters
FaverGray has unveiled the completed expansion of its Jacksonville Beach headquarters, adding office capacity while creating more indoor and outdoor space for its growing workforce. The project connects directly to the company's existing brick headquarters and was designed by architect James Dupree with Nesting Place Interiors. The addition includes private offices, collaborative work areas, a conference room, employee lounge and kitchenette. A rear stairwell connects the new space with the original headquarters, allowing the two buildings to function as one workplace.
What The New Outdoor Space Offers
The centerpiece is a 1,865-square-foot courtyard and lounge positioned beside the 3,220-square-foot office addition. Landscaping, modern furnishings and statement lighting create a flexible gathering area for employees. A large central island provides space for company lunches, celebrations and regular food truck events. The outdoor component gives the contractor an amenity-focused workplace while taking advantage of its Jacksonville Beach location.
What The Expansion Says About Company Growth
FaverGray broke ground on the expansion in August 2025, describing the project as an investment in its people and future growth. The original plan called for 10 new offices, a conference room, break room and lounge. The timing lines up with an expanding construction pipeline. FaverGray's portfolio currently includes multifamily and student housing projects across Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Melbourne and other Southeast markets.
What FaverGray Is Building In Jacksonville Beach
The company's local footprint is also expanding beyond its headquarters. FaverGray recently broke ground on Trevato Beach Boulevard, a 415-unit market-rate apartment project on approximately 10.7 acres at the former Adventure Landing site. The $120 million development includes two three-story residential buildings, a parking garage and about 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. FaverGray is serving as general contractor for the project, which is being developed by Trevato Development. Construction is expected to finish in late 2028.
What Comes Next For FaverGray
FaverGray's headquarters expansion gives the company additional capacity as it continues pursuing multifamily and student housing work across the Southeast. Its growing Jacksonville Beach presence also puts the contractor close to a market where it is actively building new housing.
