Donahue Peebles III has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer as part of the company’s succession planning led by Don Peebles. A native of Washington, D.C., he previously served as Executive Vice President, where he led the company’s day-to-day acquisitions and development efforts. His experience includes managing office, hospitality, and condominium projects, including notable developments such as 108 Leonard in New York.

He also founded Legacy in 2017 to support the company’s affordable housing initiatives across its national portfolio. Donahue has been actively involved in philanthropic efforts across Washington, D.C., New York City, and Miami, supporting youth entrepreneurship and community development programs.

In his new role, he oversees construction, asset management, and financing for the company’s development pipeline.
