What Gil Dezer Is Building in Sunny Isles Beach
Construction is advancing on Bentley Residences Miami, a 716-foot luxury condominium tower located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Developed by Dezer Development in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the project has now reached level seven and continues to rise at a pace of roughly one floor every five to six working days. Once completed in 2028, the building will stand among the tallest oceanfront residential towers in the United States. The development will include 216 luxury residences overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
What Makes Bentley Residences Unique
The project is centered around Bentley's luxury automotive brand and includes several features rarely seen in residential development. The signature amenity is the patented Dezervator system, which transports residents and their vehicles directly to private in-unit sky garages. Each residence will feature space for three to four vehicles alongside expansive living areas and floor-to-ceiling views. Private balconies will also include swimming pools, outdoor showers, and summer kitchens designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living.
What the Residences Include
Available residences feature three-bedroom floor plans with luxury finishes throughout. Kitchens are equipped with Miele appliances and Italian-designed cabinetry, while primary suites include spa-inspired bathrooms with soaking tubs, custom vanities, and private sauna rooms. Homes are designed around open-concept layouts and expansive waterfront views. Current pricing reportedly starts at approximately $5.8 million.
What Amenities Residents Will Receive
The tower will feature more than 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. Highlights include a residents-only restaurant, Proper English by Todd English, led by four-time James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English. Additional amenities include a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, fitness center, spa, beauty salon, pet spa, beach club, and pool deck with private cabanas. Bentley Home will also provide custom furnishing concepts inspired by the automaker's signature design language.
What This Means for Sunny Isles Beach
Bentley Residences continues the trend of ultra-luxury branded residential development, transforming South Florida's coastline. The project follows a record-setting foundation pour completed by Coastal Construction and further strengthens Sunny Isles Beach's reputation as a destination for high-end residential investment. As branded residences continue gaining popularity globally, Bentley Residences represents one of the most ambitious examples currently under construction in the United States.
