David Steiner has been promoted to co-chief investment officer at Driftwood Capital, where he will lead investment activity alongside David Resnick across the firm's equity and credit platforms.
Steiner joined Driftwood in 2020 and co-founded the firm's credit platform. Before joining Driftwood, he held a senior role in Cantor Fitzgerald's Commercial Real Estate Finance group.
As co-CIO, Steiner will oversee investment strategy, origination, underwriting and capital allocation as Driftwood expands its focus on larger hospitality, mixed-use and large-scale development projects.
