Project Details and Nearby Amenities

The planned development, named Hub Cypress, will feature not only student apartments but also a coffee shop. Dwell Design Studio has been selected as the architect for this project. Importantly, the development will preserve the historic Academy of Medicine building, which dates back to 1941 and is currently used for events. The project will also include parking and other facilities to support the Academy of Medicine's operations.

Core Spaces’ Expanding Portfolio

Core Spaces has a significant footprint in the student housing market, with numerous projects completed across the United States. In the same Midtown Atlanta area, the company recently finished The Hub on Campus, a 290-unit housing project. Additionally, Core Spaces is working on a large 2,195-bed development near North Carolina State, further expanding its portfolio.
