Construction Kicks-off at Italian-inspired Condo Building in St. Pete

Castille Urbana is a new luxury condominium complex under construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. The five-story building will offer 40 condos, ranging from two-bedroom to three-bedroom units.

The apartments: The condos will feature EnergyStar appliances, eight-foot-high windows, and quartz countertops. There are six floorplans to choose from, each named after a different part of Italy. The most popular floorplan is the 1,360-square-foot Bormio, which has already sold out.

The amenities: The complex will also have a dog park, fitness center, outdoor patio, and community room. The building will be topped by a podium that will house the lobby and parking garage.

The backstory: Construction on Castille Urbana began in August 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2024. Condos start in the mid-$600,000s.
