Ask a commercial broker how they stay organized and you'll usually hear some mix of a spreadsheet, an inbox, a calendar and memory, or a generic CRM they gave up on. Aaron Aziz, founder of ARA, has been there.

"I had so many tenants and deals going at once, spread across texts, notes and my head," Aziz says. "Some days I honestly felt lost."
That feeling is why Leasync exists. Hundreds of brokers now use it, on both the leasing and sales side.
A broker and a builder

"I've been a broker for over a decade, and I've tried every CRM in the book," Aziz says. "None of them spoke my language. I used to hope someone would make the right tool. I never pictured it being me."
He teamed up with Mason Kalaty, founder of the software firm Uptick. Aziz knew where the work gets messy. Kalaty knew how to fix it.

"I've been building software for eight years, and I wrote Leasync from the very first line of code," Kalaty says.

How it helps

Leasync keeps everything in one place, with tenants/buyers, properties, owners/investors, deals, and commissions all connected.

  • Start each day with a plan. Hit sync and Lisa, the built-in AI assistant, checks your whole account and tells you what to do first, sorted by priority.
  • Handle email without switching apps. Your email works right inside Leasync. Lisa will automatically save contacts directly into your system based on the email context.
  • Skip the data entry. Drag in an LOI, and Lisa fills in the deal, including all the relative commission data.
  • Send tour books in a click. Pick your matching properties and get a clean, branded tour book, ready to send.
  • Work your listings. Track a property until it's your exclusive. Then immediately get recommended matches to that property, and an in-program email blast system can reach them all at once.

See every commission. Mark a deal signed, and the commission is tracked until it's paid. Invoices can be generated at the click of a button.

Shaped by its users
Leasync is made for one industry, so brokers never compete with other businesses for attention. Everyone who joins has a direct line to the founders, and when one broker asks for something, every firm gets it. Each firm's data stays private. The improvements are shared.

"We talk to brokers every day," Kalaty says. "What they tell us is what we build next, and we ship something new every week."
For Aziz, it all comes down to how brokers spend their day. "Their time should go to actually working the deals, not keeping track of them," he says. Leasync takes care of the tracking, so brokers can spend their time where deals actually get closed.
