Berlin proptech Buena has raised $58 million in total funding, including a Series A led by GV with participation from 20VC, Stride, and Capnamic. The capital will expand Buena’s AI-powered property management platform and support its acquisition program of small, under-digitized managers across Germany. Buena reports 500% revenue growth in 2024 and 300% in 2023, and currently manages 60,000+ apartments with a waitlist of 5,000+ landlords.
Buena is building a full-stack, AI-driven property management platform while simultaneously acquiring traditional property management firms and migrating them onto its software. The product automates repetitive but critical workflows (e.g., accounting and annual financial reporting), boosting accuracy and freeing property managers to focus on complex, high-touch issues.
CEO Din Bisevac, 26, led a restructuring and introduced the AI rollup strategy after joining Buena, and now oversees both software and M&A execution. Moritz von Hase is listed as co-founder. Investors cite Buena’s AI-first, product-driven approach and operational rigor.
