Construction is underway on 711 Seventh Avenue, a 32-story hotel tower in Times Square. The project is a collaboration between Gene Kaufman Architect, Flintlock Construction Services, Atlas Hospitality, and Capital Industries.

Progress Since Last Update
Since the last update in August, significant progress has been made. Demolition of previous structures has been completed, and excavation and foundation work have finished. The reinforced concrete superstructure has begun to rise above street level.
Construction Details
Recent photos show the lower floors of the multi-story podium standing above sidewalk scaffolding. The construction is expected to accelerate once crews surpass the podium setback and reach the main tower. The building's design features a glass curtain wall on the northern and western elevations, with EIFS panels on walls facing low-rise structures. Shallow setbacks on the northern face lead to a flat parapet and gray mechanical bulkhead.
Financing and Location
Construction is financed with a $120 million loan facilitated by Beach Point Capital Management. The hotel's proximity to subway stations includes the N, R, and W trains at the 49th Street station on Seventh Avenue and the 1 train at the 50th Street station on Broadway.
Expected Completion
711 Seventh Avenue is projected to be completed in December 2025, according to on-site information.
