- Six tenants have signed for 16,983 SF at Atlantic Village in Hallandale Beach.
- The largest is The Atelier Blanc, an 8,100 SF rooftop event venue that accounts for nearly half the total.
- Phases I and II are fully occupied, and Phase III is about 88.3% occupied.
- Grupo Eco has developed the 308,830 SF project in phases since 2017.
A Rooftop Venue Leads Six New Leases at Atlantic Village
Grupo Eco has signed six more tenants at Atlantic Village, its mixed-use project on Federal Highway between Aventura and Hollywood. The new leases total 16,983 SF across dining, fitness, wellness, and event uses. Phases I and II remain fully occupied, and Phase III is at about 88.3%.
The largest lease belongs to The Atelier Blanc, an 8,100 SF rooftop event venue scheduled to open in early 2027. It will have about 3,500 SF of indoor event space and 4,600 SF of open-air rooftop, so a single event can move between the two. Planned uses include weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and photo and video shoots. The venue will have separate kosher and traditional catering kitchens.
"These signings reflect our strategy of building a diverse, experience-driven tenant mix that gives people more reasons to visit Atlantic Village throughout the day and return regularly," said Salomon Sutton, CEO of Grupo Eco.
The Six Tenants and Their Opening Dates
- Pharos (681 SF, opening this month). The Miami-born Greek frozen yogurt brand will open its third South Florida location and its first in Broward County. Pharos is treating the store as its flagship, with indoor and outdoor seating, grab-and-go service and delivery.
- NAWA (1,622 SF, opening Dec. 1). This kosher Japanese izakaya comes from the restaurateur behind Otoro NYC and Otoro Miami. The menu pairs chef's-choice nigiri and handrolls with Korean-style triple-fried chicken and dry-aged burgers. The beverage program is led by John Park, whose background includes New York's Mari and Kochi.
- The Atelier Blanc (8,100 SF, opening early 2027). The rooftop event venue described above.
- FitJump (3,021 SF, opening early 2027). Rafael Calero and Gisselly Bruce founded this South Florida fitness brand, which teaches low-impact trampoline workouts.
- The Tox (1,360 SF, opening early 2027). A national lymphatic body-sculpting brand offering 60- and 90-minute Master Tox treatments and gua sha sculpting facials.
- Degree Wellness (2,199 SF, opening Q2 2027). A recovery studio offering whole-body cryotherapy, red light, compression, oxygen and IV therapy, including NAD+ drips. It will also have three private contrast suites, each with an infrared sauna, cold plunge and shower.
Health and fitness uses (FitJump, The Tox and Degree Wellness) take 6,580 SF, nearly 40% of the new space. They will join tenants already open at the property, including Club Pilates, Crema Gourmet, The Wagyu House, Uptown 66, 54D, Tee Box and Murano by Ferraro.
How Atlantic Village Grew From 15 Businesses to Four Phases
Grupo Eco opened Phase I in 2019 with 15 businesses. Phase II followed in 2021 with 18 more, and both phases are now fully occupied. Phase III includes The Worx, a coworking space for tenants who need flexible terms. Phase IV was completed in 2025. It has about 110,000 SF of Class A office condominiums for owner-users and investors, plus 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail.
Before Atlantic Village, Grupo Eco built in Mexico City, including the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. Sutton is a registered architect and helped design the Hallandale Beach project.
The office space gives the project a weekday population, and new tenants like NAWA, The Atelier Blanc and Degree Wellness add reasons to visit at night and on weekends. Nearby draws include Gulfstream Park, Shell Bay and Brightline's Aventura station.
Pharos and NAWA Open First, With the Rest Following Through Mid-2027
Pharos opens this month and NAWA follows on Dec. 1. The Atelier Blanc, FitJump and The Tox are set for early 2027, and Degree Wellness for the second quarter of 2027. Phase III is about 88.3% occupied, so the remaining space there is Grupo Eco's next leasing target.
