- AIRE opened at 111 NE 20th Street in Miami’s Edgewater, taking over the former Boho Miami space.

What AIRE Is Bringing To Edgewater
Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood has a new nightlife concept as AIRE takes over the former Boho Miami location.
The venue officially opened September 24 following Boho’s six-year run at the address. Rather than completely rebuilding the space, the team is retaining its open-air setting while shifting the focus toward electronic music and DJ programming.
What Louis Puig Adds To The Project
The project brings together several names with deep roots in Miami nightlife. Jorge Moreno, the former Boho owner, is leading the project with Louis Puig, founder of Club Space, alongside Aramis Lorie, Travis Rogers and John Fortini.
Puig opened Club Space in downtown Miami in 2000, making his involvement particularly notable for a new venue focused on house and electronic music. His experience adds a direct connection to Miami’s established club scene.
What The New Venue Looks Like
AIRE is keeping the intimate outdoor atmosphere of the former Boho space but adding a new bar, repositioned DJ booth, updated menu and refreshed design.
The venue describes its sound as deep, rhythmic and soulful, with programming built around resident DJs, visiting artists and Miami music collectives. The concept puts the music at the center rather than relying primarily on the previous venue’s aesthetic.
What The Opening Schedule Looks Like
AIRE's opening weekend features a rotating lineup of electronic music talent.
Gab Rhome takes the booth September 25, followed by Steve Lawler's Pendulum on September 26. Beginning September 30, the venue plans to operate Wednesday through Saturday, giving the Edgewater property a regular late-night use.
For Miami real estate, the reopening shows how established nightlife operators can reposition an existing venue rather than start with a ground-up project, creating a new hospitality concept while keeping an established Edgewater location active.
