About
Zuhare joined Marcus & Millichap in early 2019 as part of The Llanos Team, where he started out by assisting Rod Llanos with underwriting, marketing, and research activities. This experience gave him a unique insight into the Seniors Housing market, enabling him to become knowledgeable in the area. Since then, Zuhare has transitioned into investments sales with The Llanos Team in the Houston Office, continuing to build relationships and offer advice and services to clients in the Seniors Housing Market.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Zuhare spent three years as a sales lead at Office Depot, leading a team of eight to service local clients with their small business needs. Zuhare is a recent graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in finance with a focus in real estate. During his time in school, Zuhare was heavily involved with multiple student organizations taking on volunteer and leadership positions. Today, he likes to continue to help out by staying involved with a number of Alumni Associations at UH.
